Shipping policy

Shipping

Every Jaine Kiano piece is made to order for you, so we print it after you order. This helps us waste less.

Production time

Orders are usually made within 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery

Once your order is made, UK delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. We ship to many other countries too, and delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery charges are worked out at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Customs

For orders outside the UK, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These are paid by the customer.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days, or it arrives damaged, email jainekiano.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
