Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Jaine Kiano piece. If something isn't right, here is how we can help.

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by emailing jainekiano.uk@gmail.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You pay the cost of returning the item. We refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, or we sent the wrong item or size, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay for any return.

Exchanges

Each piece is made to order, so we cannot swap sizes directly. Return the item as above and place a new order for the size you need.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
